This Foundation was organized as an independent charitable and philanthropic organization for the purpose of providing health, education and scientific endeavors to tax exempt organizations and scholarships to individuals.

Vision

To provide impetus for nurturing the mind, body, spirit and health of the communities we serve with a special outreach to underserved and underrepresented populations.

Diversity

This organization is comprised of minority females, sensitive to the needs of minority populations.

To that end our endeavors are aimed at the underserved and underrepresented citizens of the communities we serve.

However, all persons in the communities we serve are invited to participate.
